During the summer of 2023, I collaborated with a team of 5 UX Designers, a UX researcher, and 2 other UX teams at PolarisJobs. We led a pivotal UX project to refine an AI-powered sales recruitment platform. Our goal was to create a user-friendly tool for US startups and SMEs to easily find sales candidates. I conducted research, defined the project scope, and contributed to the design work. Establishing a cohesive UI style guide and developing interactive prototypes in Figma, our hands-on approach played a key role in ensuring the project's success.
